Inga ChapmanInga creates contemporary jewellery designed to be wearable art. She particularly enjoys working with wire in traditional techniques and freeform to create unique pieces.
She also loves textiles, specialising in lustrous pleated silk shibori, textured nuno felting and machine embroidery inspired by nature and colour. Inga continually experiments with new materials, such as Polymer Clay, hammered and burnished metals along with recycled items to keep her work fresh and different. Inga has been exhibiting jewellery, textiles and mixed media cards at Chris's Art House, Romsey for several years including demonstrations during Hampshire Open Studios and teaching Wire Jewellery Workshops Click here to view her workshop programme |
